Das Datron 1071 ist ein mikroprozessorgesteuertes Autocal-Digitalvoltmeter Baukastensystem.
Es besteht aus einem Grundgerät mit verschiedenen Aufrüstmöglichkeiten.

Das Grundgerät ist zunächst für hochgenaue und stabile DC Messungen eingerichtet.
Es besitzt mathematische Funktionen, Selbsttestroutinen und einen Kalibrierspeicher.

6½ (7½) -stelliges Digitaldisplay mit 1 µV Auflösung
Hohe Genauigkeit (+/-3ppm) und Stabilität

Durch verschiedene Optionen kann das Gerät aufgerüstet werden, so dass in der vollen Ausbaustufe Gleichstrom, Widerstand, Echt-Effektivwert Wechselspannung, Echt-Effektivwert Wechselstrom, gleichspannungsgekoppelte Effektivwert-Wechselspannung sowie gleichspannungsgekoppelte Effektivwert-Wechselstrom gemessen werden können

Option 10: True RMS AC converter (DC plus 45 Hz bis 1 MHz)
Option 20: 4-wire resistance measurement converter
Option 30: DC and true RMS AC current converter (nur mit Option 10 zusammen)
Option 40: Rear input / ratio input
Option 50: HPIB Interface
Option 70: Analogausgang

The Datron 1071 is a microprocessor controlled Autocal Digital Voltmeter with high accuracy (+/-3ppm), a precision measuring instrument featuring high stability and systems capability.

The basic instrument provides full DC measurement capability, computation facilities, self check routines and calibration memory.
The AUTOCAL 1071 instrument combines high accuracy with short measurement time to maximize usability.

A 6½ (7½) - digit display provides a resolution of one microvolt.

In addition to the basic DC voltage measurement function, the instrument performance can be expanded, by the selection of options, to provide further measurements:
